Dedications This book is dedicated to my son, William, and my husband, Sean, both
of whom have been guinea pigs for most of my recipes. I thank them
for their support and being such a wonderful part of my life. I also
thank my husband for inspiring me towards an organic lifestyle, for
which we will both live healthier lives. I would also like to give
special mention to my mom, Cheryl, my dad, Joe, my brother, Brian,
and my sister-in-law Jessica. Though they do not necessarily share
